When you opt in to receive text messages from Mozart, we collect your mobile phone number and your consent to be contacted. We use it solely to send the messages described in our SMS Terms (e.g. account, ticket, support, and onboarding messages).
We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Service (e.g. telephony and infrastructure vendors), under contract and only as needed, and where required by law. We do not sell personal information.
